every boy i have ever dated had a nickname or code name — that is, once i actually started dating and passed the middle school & high school teen relationship phase. there were only two of those very young relationships. they were polar opposites of each other, but i loved them dearly.
since then — boyfriend #1 and boyfriend #2 — there has been no official “boyfriend.” the psychology of this has yet to be examined…
but that’s when all the fun began.
